This national movie theater chain was having serious challenges with the average time to return an auditorium to full operating mode and therefore needing a better projector repair solution. After trying us for six months, they asked that we start repairing plasmas/LCD displays used in theater concession areas. That success led to another request that we provide 2,000 PC repairs per year. The relationship then expanded further into all these products being shipped directly to/from our Atlanta and San Diego repair locations where our services then expanded to include safety stock management and daily equipment deployments based on hourly trouble ticket issuance from their central NOC to 47 states. Throughout all this time, our 24/7 reporting was used by Regal to monitor equipment location and movement to synchronize technician arrivals for installation.
